If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

 

🔁 Exchanges:

• Exchanges are allowed only if you received the wrong item or a damaged product.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

💸 Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
